work environment where your contributions make a direct impact? If so, Journi has the perfect opportunity for you We are seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team.

At Journi we’re building an app that allows customers to create beautiful photo books and other print products without effort. Using AI technology, we automatically create personalized designs based on the content our users want to print.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Support the Talent Acquisition Team: Assist with a range of responsibilities, including:

- Handling administrative tasks related to recruitment such as opening new roles
- Helping draft job descriptions and recruitment materials
- Assisting in posting job advertisements on various job boards
- Maintaining and updating our Applicant Tracking System
- Ensure all recruitment processes are efficiently managed and compliant with our recruitment KPIs.
- Conduct initial screening calls, if required.

**YOUR BAG OF TRICKS**:

- You have first experience in Talent Acquisition or a relate field.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- You are open and adaptable, focusing on solutions rather than problems
- You have great organizational skills & attention to detail and know that prioritization is the key to tackling tasks efficiently
- You are constantly learning, asking for feedback, self-motivated and hungry to succeed

**NICE TO HAVE**:

- Experience in startup environment or high-growth company
- Any additional language skills (German, French, Italian or any Nordic languages are a plus)
