Our Talent Acquisition Specialists work according to international standards, and play an essential part in Avature, a market leader software for talent management and talent acquisitions. Our Talent Acquisition Specialist are protagonists set out to build a team of the most talented specialists in the software industry—a highly competitive work market.
Your challenges and objectives
- Work with all teams in our worldwide locations to understand their specific needs and expectations.
- Satisfy the company’s global staffing needs, taking into account industrial requirements and cultural affinity.
- Keep up to date in the latest recruiting technology.

Your day-to-day activities
- Full-cycle recruiting.
- Network and perform market research.
- Manage events and public relations.
