Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner

**Company Description**
We are currently looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist within our R&D/Engineering Talent Team who will lead and drive end to end recruitment processes, partnering with our leaders to source and attract the best talent to Dynatrace.
This is a hybrid position, and can be located in Linz or Vienna.
**Your role in the team**:
- ** Be the expert**: You will drive the search for a specific set of tech-focused roles at Dynatrace. You will push the status quo and concentrate on finding innovative ways to attract talent.
- ** Evangelize**: Be a passionate Dynatrace brand ambassador before, during, and after recruitment and work closely with our Employer Branding team.
**Qualifications**
- ** 3+ years of recruiting experience** across several technical positions and teams, **ideally in the IT/Software market**:
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute projects and individual tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
- ** Profound communication skills** in English and ability to lead meetings in a way that facilitates thoughtful conversation
- Ability to listen, ask relevant questions and understand the goals of the business

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €45,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
