Das erwartet dich:

- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der IT-Mitarbeiter:innen der Solution „Customer & Sales Cross“: Entwickler:innen, Analytiker:innen, Scrum Master, Projektleiter:innen, Solution Owner
- Recruiting und Besetzung der Teams der Solution „Customer & Sales Cross“
- Budgetierung und Management der IT-Produkte gemeinsam mit den „Solution Owner“ der einzelnen IT-Produkte
- Lifecycle Management der IT-Produkte gemeinsam mit der Enterprise Architektur
- Gestaltung und Optimierung der Schnittstellen zu den Prozessen des Programmes _UNIQA Insurance Platform (UIP)_ sowie Teilnahme in den Programm-Gremien
- Management des Changes/der Transformation der bestehenden Kunden/Partner-Systeme in die Zielsysteme
- Management des laufenden Betriebs (Incident Management) der IT-Produkte in der Solution
- Management der Schnittstelle zum Provider _msg_ für das Teilsystem _msg BusinessPartner_
- Priorisierung des Solution Backlogs gemeinsam mit dem Product Manager der Solution (Business)

Wir erwarten uns:

- Du besitzt langjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld
- Die Führung von internationalen und verteilten Projekt-Teams macht dir Spaß und du bringst Vorkenntnisse mit
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse im Applikations-Management
- Im Team kannst du dich sehr gut auf Deutsch und Englisch unterhalten
- Du bist bereit die eine oder andere internationale Dienstreise zu machen
