Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Sie als TeamleiterIn m/w/d Customer Solution Engineering (CSE) in Wien.

Als Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb, Lieferanten und Produktion bearbeitet Ihr künftiges Team Bauzeichnungen und begleitet den gesamten Bestellprozess bis zur Produktionsfreigabe.

Sie berichten in direkter Linie an den DACH Customer Solutions Engineering Director.

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben zählen- Leitung des Teams im Fachbereich Engineering sowie fachliche und disziplinarische Mitarbeiterverantwortung- Personalauswahl, Sicherstellung der Einarbeitung sowie der erforderlichen Qualifizierung der Mitarbeitenden im Team- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufes der Schnittstellen zwischen Vertrieb, Montage und Kunden- Ressourcenplanung für die Auftragsbearbeitung in den Bereichen Komplettaustausch und komplexer Neuinstallationen- Zusammenarbeit mit unseren globalen Lieferwerken und externen Lieferanten- Koordination der Kundenanforderungen und der Bearbeitung im Team sowie Abstimmung der Einsatzplanung der Mitarbeitenden- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung geltender Normen und Gesetze- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe- Steigerung der Produktivität inkl. Budgetverantwortung- Entwicklung und Durchführung digitaler Projekte zur Weiterentwicklung des Fachbereichs- Reklamationsmanagement

Was wir von Ihnen erwarten- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (gerne auch FH oder HTL) der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung- Mehrjährige relevante Berufs
- und Führungserfahrung- Kenntnisse in der Aufzugs
- und Fördertechnik sind von Vorteil- Sehr gute MS-Office, CAD- und SAP-Kenntnisse- Sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift- Kommunikationsstärke- Starke Kunden
- und Dienstleistungsorientierung

Für die ausgeschriebene Position gilt ein Mindestentgelt von EUR 4000;
