**YOUR TASKS**
- Contribute to the transportation and external logistics process set-up including ERP system
- Participate in the control process for complete invoicing of transportation services based on agreed price lists and conditions with forwarders
- Support the local plants in case of crisis due to transportation issues, customs topics and hub solutions
- Prepare POA documents, contracts and other documents regarding forwarders or shipments
- Responsible for analyzing, controlling and evaluating transportation and customs costs
- Manage prices & transit times information for current and new routes; creation of statistics and reports
- Responsible for evidence of all agreed conditions/documents with forwarders in ERP system or another database (maintenance of vendors, adjustment of settings etc.)

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Know-how of Supply Chain Management processes, especially in regards to Transportation & Customs
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Very good command of English
- Knowledge about implementing and optimizing of processes, including IT systems
- SAP and MS Office knowledge
- Excellent team player in an intercultural team
- Analytic skills, organizational talent and key performance oriented
- Autonomous working style and willingness to lead tasks/workpackages

- We are required by law to state the minimum salary for this position. According to our collective agreement, this is Euro 2,751.84 (full-time basis). The actual salary depends on your qualifications and previous experience and will be agreed in a personal interview.
