**Performance Marketer (m/w/x)**

**Deine Aufgabenbereiche**
- Strategische Ausrichtung des gesamten Digital-Bereichs sowie Ausbau der digitalen Vertriebswege
- Steuerung, Monitoring und Reporting von Performance Marketing Kampagnen zur Lead Generierung (Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn und TikTok)
- Ganzheitliche und eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von Paid Media und Performance Marketing Kampagnen
- Entwicklung von Performance (Targeting
- und Retargeting)-Strategien und Umsetzung mit einem hohen Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Aktive Marktanalyse zur Gewinnung neuer Kampagnen-Ideen

Das Gehalt für die Stelle als Performance Marketer für 40 Wochenstunden beträgt zwischen 3.000 EUR und 6.000 brutto monatlich. Im persönlichen Gespräch vereinbaren wir individuell Dein tatsächliches Gehalt entsprechend Deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung **Hinzu kommt noch ein variabler Bonus, je nach Zielerreichung**

**Über Deine aussagekräftige Bewerbung mit Bild freut sich**:

- Mindestens 3 - 4 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren oder ähnlichen für die Stelle relevanten Position
- Nachweisbare Erfolge im Bereich Lead-Generierung/Conversion-Optimierung und praktisches Know How im Growth Marketing
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Online Marketing Tools (Tag Manager, SEO, SEA, Werbeanzeigemanager Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics etc.)
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
