**Your role at RBI**:

- **Financial Expertise and Communication**:Utilize your strong financial analysis skills to provide strategic financial guidance and concise recommendations to senior management. Leverage your extensive knowledge of finance, banking, and performance management to drive financial excellence, ensuring compliance with regulations and implementing best practices.
- **Leadership and Project Management**:Showcase your leadership abilities by effectively managing and inspiring diverse colleagues across the group. Take charge of complex financial projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery.
- **Strategic Thinking and Business Acumen**:Demonstrate your critical thinking and strategic abilities by analyzing complex financial data and providing data-driven recommendations. Anticipate future financial trends and develop proactive strategies to support RBI´s objectives.

***Your core competencies**:

- University degree in Finance or related fields
- At least 5-7 years of experience in Banking or Consulting with a focus on financial institutions ideally combined with an in-depth understanding of bank steering, finance and/or treasury
- Pro-activeness, ability to adapt to changing situations easily, eagerness to continuously learn and develop
- Profound communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent command of English, other languages are a plus
