The Role
- This role encompasses various activities to ensure smooth, timely and accurate payroll operations, compliant with Kyndryl regulations as well as local legal requirements. This involves working closely with Kyndryl employees as well as members of other teams._

Who You Are
- _ Previous experience in a similar role of at least 2-3 years (preferable but not essential as knowledge Transfer will be given)_
- _ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business and Human Resources (preferable but not essential)_
- _ Fluent in English_
- Experience _
- in labor law_
- and social security legislation of countries_
