As an attractive employer, Erste Group offers interesting career opportunities in an international environment.- Group Taxes serves as the main point of contact for the tax units in Austria and CEE local participation. It deals with the tax calculation and reporting of Erste Group Bank AG and is advising on changes in tax legislation within the Group.
- The group is part of the division Group Accounting and Controlling, which is reporting to the CFO of Erste Group.- Your Tasks- Working in an agile environment of the tax department of a multinational financing institution, also possible to combine your internship with the content of your master thesis (e.g. global minimum taxation/ Pillar II)
- Being a member of a cooperative, team-oriented department while being at the same time able to carry out tasks self-dependently
- Acting as a team player with good communication skills, a hands-on approach, and have the willingness to learn
- Willing to collaborate with colleagues from many different areas also with different cultural backgrounds- Your Background- Ongoing studies at University/University of Applied Sciences with a background in business administration or law
- You have an academic focus preferably on tax law and/or banking
- You are highly proficient in MS Office (especially MS Teams, Excel, Word and Power Point), experience in processing, analyzing and presenting large amounts of data of advantage
- You are fluent in English and German- Our Offer- We offer you an exciting and challenging full-time (38.5h/week) from January to June or part-time (19.25h/week) internship from January to December 2024

- We guarantee an internship allowance of minimum EUR 2.595,77 gross per month on a full-time basis (except obligatory internships) and benefits of Erste Group
