Für unseren Standort in Tulln suchen wir eine motivierte Persönlichkeit, die unser Team als Assistant to the CFO (m/w/d) unterstützt.

Was erwartet Sie in dieser Position:

- Terminkoordination sowie Absprache mit allen relevanten Sekretariaten
- Erster Ansprechpartner für alle organisatorischen und terminlich relevanten Themen
- Vorbereitung von Unterlagen und Präsentationen
- Organisation von Firmenevents
- Verantwortung für unsere Mitarbeiterzeitung „ZuckerSeiten“
- Organisation und Gestaltung von nationalen und internationalen Meetings
- diverse Projektarbeiten

Wir können Sie uns überzeugen?
- Akademischer Studienabschluss
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Assistenzbereich
- Ausgezeichneter Umgang mit gängiger Software (MS Office, SAP, Outlook, Teams etc.)
- Freude an der Erstellung von Präsentationen sowie Protokollführung
- Ausgezeichnete Englisch-Kenntnisse, sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie unternehmerisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken
- Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber internen als auch externen Ansprechpartnern
- Flexibel, stressresistent und organisatorisches Geschick
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie Freundlichkeit
