- Als Mitarbeiter:in im Team **Spare Parts Supply Planning **sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Warenflüsse in unserem Ersatzteillager. Sie fungieren als kommunikative Schnittstelle zwischen unserer Produktion, dem Einkauf, dem Ersatzteilverkauf und der Logistik. **Aufgaben**:

- Sicherstellung der termingerechten Teilebeschaffung sowie Optimierung der Verfügbarkeit von Ersatzteilen
- Bestandverantwortung und aktives Bestandsmanagement des Ersatzteillagers
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen (z.B. Produktion, Einkauf, Logistik)
- Unterstützung in administrativen sowie organisatorischen Aufgaben z.B. Operative Datenbearbeitung oder Stammdatenpflege

**Anforderungsprofil**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder facheinschlägige schulische Ausbildung (HAK/HLW/HTL)
- Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Disposition oder Supply Chain Management
- MS-Office Kenntnisse, idealerweise auch erste SAP (MM) Kenntnisse
- Verlässliche, motivierte sowie organisierte Arbeitsweise
- Serviceorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
