**Type of Contract**:Permanent
Borealis supplies catalyst to our unique Borstar plants, which are operated by us as Borealis and also our Joint Venture partners Borouge and Baystar Polymer LLC. The catalysts are developed by Borealis and produced inhouse by Borealis or also through manufacturing partners. We have manufacturing assets in Linz, Austria and also in Porvoo, Finland. Consequentially the supply chain organisation is represented in both locations.
In this role, you will manage the entire end-to-end supply chain and logistics for all Borealis proprietary catalysts to make sure that our own factories and the ones of our joint venture partners are supplied for optimal production.
You will have close collaboration with procurement and colleagues in Finland and Austria who are the local planning specialists - and of course other stakeholders internally and externally who are directly or indirectly involved in the supply chain.
**You will**:
- Be responsible for demand planning of all catalysts including steering of catalyst suppliers / toll-manufacturers including sales planning of proprietary catalysts
- Ensure steady operations and supply of catalysts at all times while committing to compliant and safe processes and principles
- Act as key contact to our customers and plants for demand plans, forecasting and supply chain execution related topics
- Introduce innovative thinking and ideas (e.g. conceptual changes to systems, models and procedures) to further enhance the full supply chain process
- Take logistics / warehouse / packaging related decisions
- Responsible for pricing, claim handling and settlements

You are fluent in English and you are known for your analytical skills, your innovative achievement orientation, and your thinking “outside of the box”. You have passion and drive and enjoy cooperating with people with different nationalities and backgrounds.

Following **Austrian **law regulations, we offer, reflecting your experiences, skills and competencies, competitive compensation based on the collective labour agreement chemical industry starting at EUR 66.526,88 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) and are willing to pay more based on your experience and background.
