**Ihre neuen Herausforderungen, die Sie begeistern**:

- Administration des elektronischen Dokumentenmanagementsystems (eCDOC) am Standort Wien
- Überprüfung von Dokumenten auf GMP-Compliance (z.B. SOPs, Herstellungsberichte, Validierungs
- und Qualifizierungsdokumente, Spezifikationen), sowie Dokumentenverwaltung
- Pflege der Dokumentendatenbank, inklusive der Erstellung von Abfragen und Reports
- Erstellung und Überarbeitung von QA-SOPs, sowie Durchführung von Schulungen
- Archivverantwortung für die Abteilung QA
- Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Behördeninspektionen und Kundenaudits am Standort Wien
- Mitarbeit bei QA-Projekten

**Ihr Profil, das uns überzeugt**:

- Abgeschlossene naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung (HTL/ FH /Universität)
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im regulierten Pharmaumfeld, vorzugsweise in der Qualitätssicherung
- IT-Affinität und MS Office-Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenbanken und Programmierkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung
- Eigenständiges und proaktives Arbeiten
- Analytische und systematische Arbeitsweise
- Zielorientierung, sowie Problem
- und Konfliktlösungskompetenz
