**Your profile**
- Master’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, sustainable and energy efficient building design or a similar discipline
- Several years of experience in sustainable building design and built and barrier-free building design and built
- Special knowledge in decarbonization concepts for office and production buildings, CO2 pricing systems, energy efficiency measures, eco-friendly HVAC systems, life cycle analyses and calculations for buildings, certification systems LEED, DGNB or BREEAM
- General understanding of corporate ESG Ratings and how we can improve them for Siemens Energy Real Estate
Experience of digital design methods like BIM, ideally with Revit
- Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Structured, organized way of working - we look for self-starters at work
- Enjoy working with international teams around the world

**Your responsibilities (fixed-term, 24 month)**
- Coordination and active driving of our global decarbonization program at Siemens Energy Real Estate including implementation of own ideas how to reduce carbon emissions in our largest production locations
- Coordination und active driving of our global Ready4Inclusion Program to provide barrier-free workplaces in our largest office locations across the globe including implementation of own improvement ideas
Development of a simple and cost-efficient method for performance control of our energy efficiency measures, our sustainable investment decisions, and the effect on our CO2 footprint
- Application of Lifecycle Calculations for major new construction projects
- Continuous measurement and performance control of our CO2 reduction measures
- Implementation, further development, and quality-control of digital twins for construction projects, using BIM for new construction and fit outs of offices and for new production buildings
- Development of a broad community for internal knowledge sharing on Real Estate related Sustainability and Inclusion topics (on Yammer or similar)
