**Aufgaben**:

- E-Commerce - Kundensupport für die deutschsprachigen Märkte
- Bearbeitung von Webshop Anfragen
- Reklamationsabwicklung und Beschwerdemanagement
- Follow-up von Kundenanfragen und Bestellungen
- Aktive Kundenbetreuung (Chat, E-Mail und Telefon)

**Wir bieten**:
In unserem Unternehmen orientieren wir uns an aktuellen Marktgehältern sowie der individuellen Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung. Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das Mindestgehalt für diese Position auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung bei € 2.229;
- brutto/Monat liegt. Unser attraktives Gehaltspaket liegt jedoch über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
