Die Mission der ESR ist es, den Gesundheitsbedürfnissen der Allgemeinheit zu dienen, indem sie wissenschaftliche Forschung und Aus
- und Weiterbildungen unterstützt und gleichzeitig bestrebt ist, die Qualität der radiologischen Praxis zu verbessern.

Aufgaben

Für unser Office in Wien suchen wir ein Teammitglied (38,5h) zur Unterstützung der Abteilung Subspecialty Society & Congress Services für die Betreuung einer medizinischen Gesellschaft.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet
- Unterstützung des Vorstandes und Komitees
- Organisation von Meetings, Workshops und Vorstandssitzungen
- PR und Kommunikation
- Betreuung der Mitglieder (Verwaltung, Korrespondenz, Anmeldung)
- Gestaltung und Vorbereitung von Printmedien
- Erstellung von Statistiken, Auswertung von Evaluierungen
- Allgemeine Aufgaben (z.B. Aktenverwaltung, Terminkoordination)
- Betreuung der Webseite

Qualifikation
- Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse
- Englischkenntnisse
- Französischkenntnisse
- Ausgezeichnete MS-Office-Anwenderkenntnisse (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Erfahrung im Vereins
- oder Veranstaltungsmanagement von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Umgangsformen
- Eigeninitiative und Selbstständigkeit
- Genauigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Organisationsstärke
- Teamgeist, Engagement und Belastbarkeit
- Reisebereitschaft

Die Position ist mit einem Einstiegsgehalt ab €2.100,00 brutto/Monat für 38,5h/Woche dotiert. Die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung, ist natürlich vorhanden.
