**Project Coordinator Customer Service** (m/w/d) - in tollen internationalen Projekten
Für einen bekannten internationalen Konzern, nach wie vor auf Wachstumskurs, cooles positives Umfeld, in einem super netten Team mit einer empathischen und erfahrenen Führungskraft. Sie entwickeln in dieser Position die Service Center Organisation weiter mit folgendem Aufgabenspektrum:
Mitarbeit in internationalen internen Projekten (auch Vorantreiben und Koordinieren), im Bereich Digitalisierung und Automatisierung, z.B. Überlegung Telefonanlage in die Cloud,Analyse und Interpretation der KPIs von Service Reports und Dokumenten, um Möglichkeiten der Verbesserung zu erkennenAufbereitung von Kennzahlen, um die Budgets mit dem Controlling abzustimmenMitarbeit an Strategien, um die Service Center Standorte zu unterstützen, z.B passt voice/ non voice, Service Level und ErreichbarkeitAustausch mit internationalen Kollegen um Synergien zu nutzen und zur Harmonisierung von Prozessen, z.B Webauftritt, WebformenEntwicklung eines Feedback Reportings zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheitals Stabsstelle zur Leiterin Customer Service fungiereninterne Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichsten Abteilungen, daher weitreichende Vernetzung möglich
Wenn Sie Erfahrungen aus einem Service Center
- / Call Center Umfeld mitbringen, sei es am Telefon und/oder im Backoffice und bereits Service Reports gesehen/gelesen haben, wenn Sie gerne eigenständig und vielseitig tätig sind, eine klare Kommunikation haben,sehr gut mit Excel umgehen und auch die englische Sprache gut können und Sie das oben beschriebene anspricht,
