**Your duties & responsibilities**:
The **M&A Analyst / Associate** is an integral part of our Finance Organization, reporting directly into the Vice President Corporate Development, M&A, & Strategy. As a private equity owned company, Constantia has a strong interest in constantly screening the market for business opportunities with the overall aim to consolidate the Flexible Packaging Market. If you are eager to grow within a dynamic environment, being part of an exceptional team, within a company that is driven by passion, then join us. Among your duties and responsibilities will be:

- Preparation of analytical financial evaluations, business cases, due diligence summaries and investment memoranda
- Management of external due diligence advisors (Big4, lawyers, etc.) and process, challenging of related outputs
- Co-ordination of/co-operation with internal stakeholders across various functions in the Group
- Support with business planning, company valuations and benchmarking
- Support with market and industry analysis, strategic planning

**Requirements**:
**Technical Attributes**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
- 2 years of directly relevant experience in M&A advisory, corporate M&A and/or Big4 transaction services
- Excellent analytical skills, deep understanding of financial statements and related analyses
- Proficiency in using Excel, Word and Power-Point
- First experience with building business plans / financial models
- Understanding of legal concepts and related implications on M&A transactions
- Fluent in English, excellent ability to express yourself (written and oral)

- Due to the legal obligation, we have to state the minimum salary of the collective agreement for the processing metal industry in Austria at this point (EUR 3,000 gross). The remuneration package will depend on your qualification, experience and is in line with the market._

- **Job location**: multiple locations possible within Europe e.g., Austria, Poland, Spain, Turkey etc.
- **Remote working** is explicitly encouraged with regular business trips to the Headquarter in Vienna
