**FP&A Experienced Analyst (f/m/d)**

We are currently looking for a full-time FP&A Experienced Analyst in the regional FP&A Strategy & Governance team for Europe, CIS & Turkey, based in Vienna (HQ).

In addition:

- You have at least 2 years of working experience in FP&A, business controlling, consulting, process enhancement or other project roles with strong financial background
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar
- Profound expertise in MS Office (Excel, XLCubed, PowerBI, PowerPoint), basic SAP know-how, and other analytic BI or planning tools are a plus
- Excellent proficiency in English and German
- A keen eye for details while keeping a birds-eye view on business processes and partnering with internal clients and developing long term plans

**About the job**

As a FP&A Experienced Analyst you are working closely with the different stakeholders on various projects in Europe/ CIS/ Turkey and will help to monitor/analyze and improve the financial aspects/ results by understanding the processes:
Your tasks will include:

- budgeting, forecasting & various analysis
- Tracking of initiatives (CAPEX, M&A and other Projects) & understanding the impacts/ drivers of Projects on a detailed level
- Creating and developing the center-of-excellence concept by:

- providing comprehensive and profound trainings (process proficiency for global and regional functions)
- Various process and enhancement rollouts to plants as well as sales units
- Project support for various CAPEX and M&A projects from a finance perspective
- Financial Planning activities and Steering Accountability (e.g. for M&A Projects)

- We offer you a full-time position (38.5 hours / week) in the FP&A Business Performance Europe, CIS & Turkey Department at headquarters Vienna. According to the Austrian labor law we are obligated to state that the monthly gross salary according to collective agreement starts from € 3.542,60 (full time basis). The actual level of remuneration depends on your qualifications and professional experience. We value your expertise and are permanently aware of market references to design attractive packages.
