**What part will you play?**

In P&O, we co-own the Siemens Transformation alongside the business. Our ambition is to drive an inclusive, empowering culture of growth and transformation that grants sustainable business success as well as employability of our people.

In particular, you will
- Be a trusted partner to the Lead-Country Austria CEO and a member of the Austrian Management Team, you will translate business requirements into people imperatives and co-own the business transformation.
- Enable our people to harness their maximum potential, by bringing innovative and relevant P&O solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Help our employees stay resilient and relevant.

- Cultivate empowering Leadership & Culture.
- Build an adaptive organization and a talent ecosystem.
- Take decisions based on data, design country people strategies and translate them into P&O goals and actions across Lead-Country Austria. As an inspirational innovator you will communicate the strategies in an engaging way and connect the dots ensuring the strategies are accessible to and understood by all.
- Play an active part and collaborate in the P&O Regional community and the P&O Ecosystem. You will collaborate with partners to ensure the alignment between global business and global P&O, as well as local people management and local strategies of Lead-Country Austria.
- Act and role model “Siemens First” and prioritize value and impact for Siemens as a whole, above tools and processes and individual goals.
- Be well connected in professional networks and represent Siemens externally to authorities and partners.
- Demonstrate leadership for the entire P&O value chain (including shared services, expert teams, etc.), you will orchestrate the delivery of the P&O portfolio to businesses, influencing outcomes irrespective of direct reporting lines.
- Coach, Mentor and enable senior executives to become even more effective leaders. You will empower people to show their full potential. Thus, enabling local units to develop a diverse and robust talent pipeline.
- Partner with business leaders to actively analyze and drive cultural change and show yourself as an ambassador for Business Transformation such as #NewWork, #NextWork, People Development and Organizational Design & Development.
- Understand and be accountable for the implementation of P&O policies and guidelines in compliance with local regulations on labor law, data privacy and other governance topics.
- Work closely with the Workers Council.

**We are looking forward to you joining Lead-Country Austria if you**
- Are an experienced P&O professional and have 10-15 years P&O or business experience with a track record of leadership, people management and partner accountability, preferably across several countries.
- Bring different perspectives with preferably 2+ years international experience or strong exposure across the countries represented in the Lead-Country Austria Bundle.
- Understand the business and its strategy and can actively drive and co-own business success. In addition, you understand the external market and the implications for people strategy (industries, markets, customers, people and organization practices, etc.).
- Ability to work well in both a team setting and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You should also be motivated to lead change and develop an environment to help achieve business results.
- Know how to initiate and motivate change for organizational efficiency.
- Bring a Growth Mindset and consider yourself as a self-reflected learner as well as a resilient adaptor.
- Are a real phenomenal teammate capable of empowering teams, both within P&O and other areas of Siemens, to work together towards consolidating and developing Siemens' role in the relevant regional markets across the Lead-Country Bundle.
- Have experience in using data insights to ensure balanced decisions that benefit Siemens as a whole.
- Have proven experience in the area of Workers Council and Union relations.
