**THE POSITION**
**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Regular profiling of test compounds in various cancer cell lines
- Development, establishment and validation of new cellular assays
- Independent planning, execution, analysis and documentation of experiments
- Self-reliant operation of our automated laboratory systems and their software
- Contribution to our lab’s organization as well as development and implementation of new automated lab solutions with internal and external partners
**Requirements**:
- Completed relevant education in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology or similar (Bachelor, Master, diploma)
- Extensive experience with cell culture
- Hands-on experience with lab automation and data analysis
- High intrinsic motivation, team spirit and communication skills as well as a keen interest in new technologies and process optimization
- High competence in English (written and oral)
- Advanced PC and MS-Office skills, ideally including basic programming skills

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective bargaining agreement for this position is EUR 43,548.40 (full time), although the actual salary is based on your technical skills and personal competencies as well as your professional experience.
