In collaboration with account owners: road product development manager, national product managers, all together with the legal and insurance department, you'll be completing the tender process for the Road product.

**How you'll be doing that?**:

- Establish a tender plan and upkeep a tender overview in cooperation with key account sales: prioritize and align in advance on tender participation based on defined criteria.
- Complete pre
- tender information check, submit the RFI documentation, conduct commercial and legal check of the respective tender documentation, conduct data analytics of tender materials to define the main focus of RFQs
- Collect base rates from the countries and validate them against current market rates/ existing buying rates and/or historical pricing available in the system on re-tendered or similar businesses
- Break down the base FTL rates and calculate the respective quotation template increments (LDMs, Kg breaks..)
- Define margins and validate final rates in cooperation with the involved countries and Road Product Developer
- submit RFQ responses together with solution proposals. Collect feedback on tender response and document results accordingly
- Prepare business solution models for the respective accounts in cooperation with the Road Product developer

**What you'll need**:

- 3+ years of professional experience in bid/tender and pricing management with proven understanding of Road FTL, LTL and Groupage solutions
- Professional level of English
- Strong MS Excel and other analytical tools knowledge
- Proven commercial understanding and a high level of logical and analytical skills
- Flexibility and accountability
