Du gestaltest die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kundenplänen für das strategische Saisonsegment (Weihnachten/Ostern) in Österreich mit und unterstützt die Ausführung unserer Wachstumsstrategien und -taktiken. Du weißt, welche Geschäftsmechanismen und finanziellen Anreize nötig sind, um profitables Wachstum für Mondelēz International und unsere (Handels-)Partner zu ermöglichen, und arbeitest gemeinsam mit Key Account an der Umsetzung von Plänen um unsere Jahreszielvorgaben zu erreichen.

Im Rahmen deiner Aufgaben:

- Bringst du dein Wissen zu Markt-, Shopper und Consumer-Dynamiken in den verschiedenen Vertriebskanälen ein
- Bist du die erste Ansprechperson für Marketing zur Abstimmung der Portfolio
- & Segmentstrategie für die von dir verantworteten Subsegmente basierend auf einem strategischen Kategorieplan
- Leitest du den internen Planungsprozess, in dem potenzialbasiert die Absatzquoten festgelegt werden
- Analysierst du Marktdaten eigenständig und verwandelst diese proaktiv in Handlungsempfehlungen für die Zukunft
- Beobachtest du die Aktivitäten von Mitbewerbern und deckst so neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten sowie potenzielle Risiken für Mondelēz auf
- Entwickelst du in Abstimmung mit unseren Markenstrategien Standards für die Regal
- und Zweitplatzierungspräsenz in den verschiedenen Vertriebskanälen
- Bist du verantwortlich für die Konzeption und Umsetzung des Sortiments-Booklets. Du koordinierst eigenständig interne sowie externe Stakeholder (Agenturen) und stellst eine optimale Verkaufsunterstützung sicher

**Was du mitbringst**

Den Wunsch, unser Unternehmen in die Zukunft zu führen und deine Karriere durch Erfahrung und Wissen in folgenden Bereichen voranzubringen:

- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Marketing/Sales
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Kategorieplanung und Wachstumsförderung, bevorzugt im Food/FMCG Umfeld; alternativ solide Erfahrung in den Bereichen Marketing und/oder Sales
- Zukunftsorientiertes Denken, Interesse an Branchentrends, digitalen Lösungen und Innovationen für Consumer
- Erfahrung im Bereich Business Planning und der Maximierung von Umsatzwachstum
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von (Business-)Plänen, sowie der Messung und Überwachung von Ergebnissen
- Einflussvermögen auf Stakeholder, sicheres Auftreten sowie Mut und Überzeugungskraft, um alternative Sichtweisen zu präsentieren
- Analytische, lösungsorientierte Denkweise und Geschäftssinn
- Teamfähigkeit mit Hands-On Mentalität und eigenständiger Arbeitsweise, Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit cross-funktionalen Teams
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch & Englisch

**Gesetzlicher Hinweis in Österreich**:Die Gehaltseinstufung erfolgt in den “KV für Angestellte und Lehrlinge im Handel”. Bei entsprechender Erfüllung der oben Anforderungen beträgt das Brutto-Einstiegsgehalt für diese Position EUR 54.000 EUR pro Jahr, aufgeteilt auf 14 Bezüge in Vollzeit. Eine Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung abhängig von Ihrer Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation besteht.
