**Are you passionate about acting as an interface and contact person for our Sales Team and handling a diversity of tasks throughout the customer lifecycle?**

- working with your colleagues from Account Management and Customer Success Management in handling new as well as existing customers
- being the interface to sales/business development in handling new qualified leads
- being responsible for creating quotes and contracts for prospects with standard requirements as well as following up and keeping track of them
- handling contractual updates with our existing customers, while keeping in mind up
- and cross-selling opportunities
- being master of our templates and engaging in keeping them up to date diligently with an eye for detail
- maintaining information in our CRM system and documenting processes (in cooperation with our Sales Operations Manager) to ensure smooth knowledge transfer
- supporting your colleagues with ongoing processes and preparations
- participating in regular internal and external sales meetings and workshops to constantly develop yourself further

- German skills on a native level, very good English skills
- first work experience in inside sales or a similar role
- enthusiasm for technical topics and the ability to market them
- strong communication skills

- current or completed degree in sales, marketing, IT or any business/economics related field
- high service orientation to help the sales team become one of the best ever
- the ability to grasp IT concepts and technical contexts at a high level

The minimum salary according to the Austrian collective agreement is 30.000€/year. Of course, we are happy to offer much higher compensation based on qualifications and experience
