**Your role**:
- Executes all orders in SLA time, ensures high quality and strict confidentiality; is responsible for all contractual matters for the serviced division(s)/areas of business through the entire employee life cycle in close alignment with various HR functions, in particular HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Rewards & Global Mobility and HR Support. This includes: issuing contracts and sideletters, other agreements and correspondence in regards to entries; support of reorganisations; salary/position/working time changes; regrading, salary increases, allowances & bonuses; repayment agreements; disciplinary actions; terminations; retirements; social plans; various kinds of leaves; company cars; various employment related confirmations; reference letters.
- Acts as point of contact for HR functions, active employees, future and former employees, line managers and external parties (e.g. Pension Fund) for all HR contractual related matters, processes and respective tools. Counsels HR functions and employees on all questions, HR policies and regulations regarding contractual matters and conducts information meeting with employees on contracutal matters, e.g. parental leave, exam preparation, retirement, exit interview.
- Executes, optimizes and further develops various guidelines and processes, e.g. onboarding and exit guidelines and processes as well as tools, e.g. Employee Care 2connect, MOXIS, ESCRIBA, reference letter tool.
- Identifies potential for improvement and optimization in processes and tools and ensures improvement and automation.
- Participates in HR projects or leads project streams in the area of contractual matters and related processes and tools for the development and continuous improvement of activities/services, organization, processes and systems in alignment with the overall business requirements and strategic objectives; contributes to various HR projects, e.g. HR IT Roadmap, Digitalization.
- Ensures proper documentation of processes and tools and contributes to knowledge exchange and best practice sharing within the department as well as cross-department/cross-function.
**Your profile**:
- You have a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences or Economics OMV CEO 6/8/22, 6:03 PM Professional Employment Contracts
- You have minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and like to interact with people
- You have a sound knowledge of Austrian labor law and collective bargaining law; sound knowledge of social insurance and income tax
- You have or are willing to acquire excellent knowledge of HR processes and regulations as well as interfaces/interdependencies within HR as well as to other functions
- You have or are willing to acquire excellent knowledge of and experience with SAP HR and other HR tools (e.g. tools for Recruiting)
- Strong written German and English language skills
- You work accurately and diligently and have strong analytical and problem solving skills
