**Ihre neuen Herausforderungen, die Sie begeistern**:

- Entwicklung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen zur Herstellung von therapeutischen Plasmaproteinen (Drug Substance & Drug Product)
- Verantwortung für die Produktpflege von Immunglobulinprodukten in R&D (Life Cycle Management)
- Mitarbeit bei Design und Etablierung neuer Testsysteme und Methoden
- Anleitung technischer Mitarbeiter*innen
- Unterstützung bei wissenschaftlichen Kooperationen

**Ihr Profil, das uns überzeugt**:

- Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium (vorzugsweise Biotechnologie, Biochemie, technische Chemie oder ähnliches), Master oder PhD
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil (vorzugsweise Proteincharakterisierung, Prozessentwicklung im Bereich Downstream Processing)
- Sehr gute Englisch
- und MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Eigenverantwortlichkeit und Freude an selbstständigem Arbeiten
- Flexibilität und Teamgeist
- Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
