- und Infrastrukturfinanzierung sowie für Projektentwicklung. Unsere Aktivitäten umfassen das komplette Angebot von Finanzierungslösungen und Dienstleistungen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette von Immobilien.

Die Abteilung "Technical Advisory" unterstützt die Erste Group als bautechnisches Competence Center bei der Finanzierung und Realisierung von Immobilienprojekten in Österreich und CEE. Haupttätigkeitsbereich sind Technische Objekt Ratings inkl. ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) Scorings, Projekt Monitoring und Technische Due Diligence für gewerbliche Immobilien wie Bürogebäude, Shopping Center, Logistik
- oder Tourismusobjekte sowie großvolumigen Wohnbau.

Ihre Tasks
Beurteilung bestehender Gebäude und geplanter Projekte nach bautechnischen sowie ESG Kriterien als Entscheidungsgrundlage für die Kreditfinanzierung
Verantwortung für das Monitoring von Bauprojekten, die von der Erste Group in Österreich und CEE finanziert bzw. errichtet werden
Überprüfen technischer Berichte von externen Partnern auf Plausibilität und evtl. Konsequenzen für die Finanzierung der gegenständlichen Projekte
Regelmäßiger Kontakt mit internen und externen Kunden in Österreich sowie CEE, zB lokale Banken, internationale Projektentwickler bzw. Investoren und Joint Venture Partnern
Technischer Support und Beratung betreffend Real Estate Themen, insbesondere in Hinblick auf ESG, nachhaltiges Bauen und EU Taxonomie Verordnung
Ihr Background
HTL Abschluss (z.B. Hochbau oder Gebäudetechnik) und/oder einen Studienabschluss (Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Immobilienwirtschaft o.ä.)
Relevante Erfahrung, speziell in den Bereichen Technical Due Diligence, Projekt Monitoring und Projektsteuerung, idealerweise auch in der Risikoanalyse von Bauprojekten / bestehender Gebäude
Erfahrung mit technischen und vertraglichen Standards sowie mit Baukostenkontrolle im Hochbau Bereich
Erste Erfahrung in der Beurteilung von ESG Kriterien, nachhaltigem Bauen sowie EU Taxonomie Verordnung
Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse, CEE Sprachen sind von Vorteil
Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen in CEE (bis zu 30%), B Führerschein wünschenswert
