As an attractive employer, Erste Group offers interesting career opportunities in an international environment.- The department "Technical Advisory" supports Erste Group as a construction competence center in the financing and realization of real estate projects in Austria and CEE. The main areas of activity are technical property ratings including ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) scorings, project monitoring and technical due diligence for commercial real estate such as office buildings, shopping centers, logistics or tourism properties as well as residential real estate.- Your Tasks- Assessment of existing buildings and planned projects according to technical and ESG criteria as a basis for decision-making for loan financing
- Monitoring of construction projects that are financed or built by Erste Group in Austria and CEE
- Plausibility checks of technical reports of external partners and identifying possible consequences for the financing of the projects in question
- Regular contact with internal and external clients in Austria and CEE, e.g. local banks, international project developers or investors and joint venture partners
- Technical support and consulting regarding real estate topics, especially with regard to ESG, sustainable building and EU Taxonomy Regulation- Your Background- High school diploma (e.g. structural engineering or building services engineering) and/or university degree (e.g. architecture, civil engineering, real estate management or similar)
- Relevant experience, especially in the areas of technical due diligence, project monitoring and project control, ideally also in risk analysis of construction projects / existing buildings
- Experience with technical and contractual standards as well as construction cost control in the building construction sector
- First experience in the assessment of ESG criteria, sustainable construction as well as EU Taxonomy Regulation
- Very good English skills, German and other CEE languages are of great advantage

- The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 35.130,48 gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person
