**Das erwartet dich**:

- Leitung des Compensation-Streams für die Einführung eines UNIQA-Aktienprogramms:

- Aufbau des neuen Aktienprogramms in unserem Aktienverwaltungssystem
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, um eine reibungslose Implementierung sicherzustellen
- Verwaltung des Aktienprogramms:

- Verantwortung für alle Aspekte unserer Aktienprogramme, einschließlich der Administration von Auszeichnungen, Ausübungen und dem Offboarding von Mitarbeiter:innen
- Ansprechpartner:in für lokale Stakeholdern in unseren UNIQA-Tochtergesellschaften
- Kommunikation und Berichterstattung:

- Entwicklung von Kommunikationsmaterialien für interne Stakeholder (z. B. Mitarbeiter:innen)
- Erstellung von Berichten für interne Stakeholder (z.B. zuständige Komitees, Vorstand) und Bearbeitung von Ad-hoc-Anfragen
- Mitarbeit an verwandten Compensation
- und Benefits-Themen

**Wir erwarten uns**:

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Compensation & Benefits oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Kenntnisse in der Verwaltung von Aktienplänen
- Ausgezeichnete analytische, lösungsorientierte und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um komplexe Informationen verständlich zu vermitteln Fließend in Englisch, Deutsch von Vorteil
