To further expand our Limited Partner (LP) base we are looking for a **junior professional **to join our **Capital Formation and Investor Relations team **in our **Vienna** headquarter. This is a** full-time internship** of ideally **6+ months with the possibility of leading to a permanent role**.
**About the Position**:
You will work in our front office, catering to the needs of existing investors as well as establishing and developing relations with future investors in the family office, asset management and capital allocation industries across Europe and beyond.
Since Capital Formation is the foundation of the VC business model, you will have multiple touchpoints with all departments within Speedinvest as well as external stakeholders and service providers.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Support and work very closely with senior Partners in all aspects of the fundraising process
- Prepare fundraising materials, including pitch decks, industry reports, strategy notes and more
- Assist with the planning and setup of Speedinvest’s next fund generations and the onboarding of new investors
- Manage several stakeholders, including various departments within Speedinvest as well as external stakeholders (e.g. existing and new investors, our legal advisors, etc.)
- Ongoing relationship management with existing LPs (private individuals to sovereign wealth funds)
- Establish relationships with potential new LPs
- Collaborate with the Fund Reporting team on investor requests and queries
- Execute data analysis, surveys, investor due diligence, etc.
- Maintain CRM tool and contact lists
- Help with events management, roadshow planning and conference outreach
- Support the management and the Capital Formation team on other day-to-day tasks
**Your Qualifications**:
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably a business-related field, such as economics, finance or management
- Initial relevant experience through internships in a similar environment, such as Private Banking, Asset Management, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Financial Research or with an international placement agent
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with an outward facing role
- Fluency in both English and German. Additional language skills are a plus
- Ability to travel frequently e.g. for industry events, roadshows etc.

According to Austrian law we are required to state a minimum salary for this position. The expected minimum annual gross salary is EUR 28,490.00. However, the final salary will be a competitive package based on previous work experience, hence there is a willingness to overpay.
