As our Operations Associate you will have the chance to join our company just as we are moving into new international markets and growing our business significantly.

**You will have an impact on**:

- Ensuring that our guests are constantly satisfied and as happy as they can be
- Managing the day to day operation of allocated hospitality units
- Working closely with external partners ensuring consistent quality levels and consistent performance improvements
- Maintaining good relationships to local service providers, employees, and all other stakeholders
- Designing scalable operations processes (SOPs) and automating them as much as possible with our tech team
- Ensuring that the allocated units are proactively maintained and improved

**What you will add to our Crew**:

- Strong interest in operations in a heavy startup environment (hospitality, logistics, q-commerce, etc.)
- You’re a natural communicator with a hands-on personality who is not afraid to get his hands dirty
- Ability to multitask and keep an overview in a fast-paced work environment
- Ambition towards flawless execution and operational excellence
- Willingness to sporadically jump in on weekends if necessary is a plus
- A driver’s license is a plus
- Fluency in English and at least B2 level in German

The minimum monthly gross salary offered (for full-time) is EUR 1.800,00 - p.a. - an overpayment is possible, depending on education, skills, and work experience.
