**Brand Manager (M/F/d)**

Join our Marketing Team in Vienna As a Brand Manager, you’ll shape the strategic direction and execution of brand strategies.

**Position**
As the Brand Manager (M/F/d) in the Marketing Department, you will
- Develop marketing strategies and programs based on market analysis and consumer trends.
- Contribute to annual strategic planning, including price strategy recommendations.
- Manage all elements of the marketing mix: product, packaging, communication, and activation programs.
- Set and monitor KPIs for brand programs, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Plan and manage the brand budget with proper documentation.
- Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

**Within 6 months you will**:

- Participate in strategy creation for our brands
- Become fully responsible for managing one of our brands

**Requirements**:

- University degree in business administration or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in FMCG Brand Management
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, analytical organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English required, German is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (advanced PPT & Excel), SAP knowledge is a plus
