We are looking for a motivated and German-speaking Junior Brand Manager (f/d/m) with a passion for sports who wants to contribute to the success of our high-performance sports brands (including Wettbasis & Wettfreunde) in the German-speaking markets and become part of the "Brand Activation DACH" unit - with the aim of reaching as many sports fans as possible on our digital platforms in the future and becoming the leading digital sports media group.

**YOUR MAIN TASKS**

As our Junior Brand Manager, you will be primarily and supportively responsible for the regular planning, organization and implementation of the planned brand campaigns and promotions of our flagship brands in the German speaking markets.
- Supporting the Brand Activation Unit in the implementation of the brand strategy and further brand development in the DACH region
- Collaboration in the creation of unique content in the sports environment with the aim of increasing reach on the digital platforms
- Setting up and managing new community channels, especially on WhatsApp and Discord
- Liaising in the operational and coordinative implementation of our (video) productions with external service providers, freelancers and talents
- Support in the conception of sales documents for the internal Commercial & Brand Partnerships team
- Regular exchange with international BC teams to identify synergies and maximize our potential

**Important notice**:
This position is full-time (38.5 hours) and involves occasional personal presence in the Vienna office. We offer flexible working models and encourage applicants who can work remotely in Germany. Applications must be submitted via the Better Collective career portal.

- Initial practical experience in marketing, brand or project management
