**Summary**:
En tant que Formateur Senior, votre mission consiste à accompagner notre les fonctions Market Access et Medical Affairs dans leurs montées en compétences et amélioration continue. Votre action de support auprès des équipes locales s'inscrira dans le cadre de notre philosophie d’entreprise.
**About the Role**:
- Pour cela, vous serez garant:
- D’agir comme Business Partner Formation par la bonne compréhension des enjeux, De préconiser des actions concrètes auprès de nos équipes et assurer la réalisation de ces plans d'actions.
- De participer à l'élaborer des plans annuels de formation commerciale et les faire évoluer.
- D'animer les formations auprès des populations Market Access et Medical Affairs, de vous assurer de la pleine utilisation par les collaborateurs et leurs managers des outils et processus mis à leur disposition.

**Ce que vous apporterez à ce rôle**
- Rigueur et capacité à vérifier la fiabilité des informations
- Capacité d’organisation et sens des priorités : organiser et planifier ses activités à court et moyen terme
- Communication, travail en équipe, adaptabilité de façon à assurer les relations et les interfaces avec les différents interlocuteurs internes et externes
- Force de proposition pour les dispositifs, les objectifs de formation, la négociation de projet, les besoins à identifier et le questionnement des acteurs.
- Dynamisme, collaboration et appétence pour le digital
**Exigences souhaitables**
- Formation type Bac+4, Bac+5, en master commercial et/ou Scientifique
- Expérience de 5 ans minimum dans l’industrie pharmaceutique / expérience en gestion de projet avec une variété de stakeholders internes / externes
- Contribution / lead d’initiatives d’apprentissage + expérience dans le département / l’aire thérapeutique concernés
- Anglais et français
