**HRIS DATA SPECIALIST (M/W/D)**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Nachfolgende Kompetenzen sind unsere Idealvorstellung. _

- Sicherstellung der Datenqualität einer globalen bzw. lokalen HR-Systemlandschaft
- Verantwortung für die Standard-Konfiguration des HRIS im Stammdatenbereich
- Support für HR lokal und global mit Fokus auf das Organisationsmanagement
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von internen Schulungen zu den zu betreuenden Systemen
- Laufende Standard-Reportings und Weiterentwicklung des HR-Controlling
- Umsetzung der datenschutzrechtlichen Vorgaben im HRIS

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
- Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
- Operative Erfahrung mit einem HR-System
- Projektarbeit bei einer HRIS-Implementierung von Vorteil
- Interesse an Personalthemen, insbesondere an HR-Prozessabläufen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und Lösungsorientierung
- Organisations
- und Kooperationsfähigkeit
- Qualitäts
- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
