Zur Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des HRIS für die Kwizda Gruppe suchen wir eine*n kompetente*n

**HRIS SPECIALIST (M/W/D) - SUCCESS FACTORS**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Verantwortung für die Prozessanalyse bzw. Optimierung der Anwendung des HRIS in der Kwizda Gruppe sowie für die Systemadministration ausgewählter SuccessFactors-Module (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation)
- Administration des Rollen
- und Berechtigungssystems im SuccessFactors über alle Module hinweg
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Prozesse im HRIS
- Erstellung von Testszenarien und Durchführung der Tests
- Begleitung von Change-Management-Initiativen
- Beratung der Führungskräfte in der Anwendung von digitalisierten HR-Prozessen
- Support für Anwender*innen sowie Bearbeitung von Tickets
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Trainings für HRIS Anwender*innen
- Dokumentation ausgewählter Module des HRIS, wie Prozesse, Anleitungen, Richtlinien
- Mitarbeit an Projekten für die Einführung neuer HRIS-Module

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (FH/Uni), mit IT-Schwerpunkt
- Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
- Praxis mit Cloud-basierten Informationssystemen (SuccessFactors, Workday usw.)
- Erfahrung bei einer HRIS-Implementierung von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse im Prozess
- und Projektmanagement
- Analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kooperationsfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Versierter Umgang mit MS Office (v.a. Excel)
- Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
