Human Resources Specialist

Key responsibilities:

  • Efficient and compliant processing of all employee lifecycle related documents (employment agreements, changes, terminations, and everything in between). Accurate entry of data into our HRIS and Personnel Files.
  • Proactively manage employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, implementation of applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement provisions, and support for constructive dialog with the Workers Council.
  • Provide a first line HR support with a timely and successful resolution of HR queries, including quality and timely information for payroll, salary and level changes, allowances, and deductions, exits and any other changes.
  • Address performance issues, provide coaching and counselling guidance, and lead disciplinary and exit processes in line with company and legislative standards.
  • Execute on global HR organization initiatives regarding future organizational structures and change management.

Profile:

  • Min 3 years of experience in a relevant capacity, regardless of age or seniority.
  • Solid knowledge of Austrian employment laws and regulations
  • Affinity with administrative processes and compliance requirements
  • Willingness to step up and grow into a HR Business Partner role
  • Confidence in communication in both English and German
  • Team player, ambitious, action biased, solution focused
