At the IAEA, we are seeking to broaden our pool of Coaches to aid in the development of managers and leaders. As a Coach, your role will involve supporting the personal growth of mid and senior-level managers and teams.

As a Coach, some of your responsibilities may include:

  • Offer coaching services, either virtually or in-person, for IAEA's mid and senior-level managers as needed.
  • Conduct individual coaching sessions based on the 360-degree assessment report, providing managers with insights into their strengths and areas for development.
  • Lead team coaching sessions for groups of leaders to encourage idea exchange and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Assist managers in creating action plans to enhance their managerial skills.
  • Deliver remedial coaching for individuals identified by the Agency as needing significant improvement in their leadership role.
  • Provide coaching tailored to specific needs as requested.

To be eligible for this position, you must possess:

  • A first-level degree in a related field.
  • Coaching certification from a recognized coaching association.
  • Minimum five years of hands-on experience in individual and team coaching.
  • Minimum six years of managerial experience in a relevant industry.
  • At least 300 hours of client coaching experience, with a substantial portion in team coaching in multicultural settings over the last five years.
  • Experience in coordinating 360-degree assessments and monitoring coaching progress effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability in maintaining quality coaching standards and efficient client service.
  • Strong project management and negotiation skills with a focus on multicultural contexts.
  • Effective collaboration, relationship-building, and analytical skills.

If selected, your engagement duration may vary from a half-day to multiple weeks, tailored on a case-by-case basis to meet specific needs either remotely or in-person. The IAEA does not assure a minimum number of workdays under the offered contract.
