Für die Implementierung von SuccessFactors (full suite) sowie zur Gewährleistung der Datenqualität und -verfügbarkeit in den HR-Systemen suchen wir eine*n verantwortungsvolle*n

- Verantwortung für die Konfiguration im SuccessFactors-Modul Employee Central
- Support von HR im internationalen Konzern mit Fokus auf Position Management
- Entwicklung HR-Controlling und Durchführung periodischer Standard-Reportings
- Koordination des Datenqualitätsmanagements und Monitoring der Schnittstellen
- Mitarbeit bei der Implementierung von SuccessFactors (full suite)
- Unterstützung bei der Administration des Rollen
- und Berechtigungssystems
**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
- Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
- Operative Erfahrung mit einem HR-System, vorzugsweise SAP SuccessFactors
- Projekterfahrung im Zuge von HR-System-Implementierungen von Vorteil
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und Lösungsorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
