**Work Student (f/m/d) - M&A and Strategic Partnerships**:
We are looking for an open-minded, communicative, and detail-orientated work student to support our Strategy & Tranformation Team in Leoben (Austria) with M&A strategy development.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Support M&A strategy development with market and technology analysis
- Carry out company analysis based on identified short-lists
- Cluster companies and evaluate opportunities for M&A and or partnership models
- Monitor M&A markets in the field of semiconductor industry
- Support valuations for opportunities via multiple and Discounted-Cash-Flow models
- Project support for carrying out due diligence activities

**Your Profile**:

- Business and/or economy background; experience with valuations and knowledge about semiconductor industry preferred
- Good understanding of PowePoint, Excel and Word, especially in terms of structuring presentations and Excel modelling
- Curios, committed, an innovative individual
- Team spirited with an enthusiasm to work in an international environment
