Product Manager Onboarding

**About the role**:
Bluecode is on a mission to build a European payment scheme that works all around the world.
Central to our success is organically increasing our user base. Achieving this relies on a streamlined and user-friendly onboarding experience.
**Your mission**:
In this position, your main responsibilities will be to increase our user numbers by:
- Monitoring, testing, and enhancing our onboarding process to improve conversion rates.
- Assisting in onboarding new issuers.
- Implementing issuer-related features.
- Collaborating with sales and customer success teams to integrate innovative ideas into our partners' apps.
- Working closely with engineers, data analysts, designers, and other team members to meet growth objectives.
You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, including assessing the business case, guiding development with clear documentation, managing testing, and supporting operations post-launch.
**Your profile**:
- Passionate about crafting and communicating customer value propositions.
- Driven by data, detail oriented and focused on achieving results.
- Highly organized, motivated, and eager to solve challenging problems.
- Knowledge of the payments & wallets market. Prior product experience in payments is preferred for this role. Additionally, experience with wallets would be highly beneficial.
- Effective communicator in English; proficiency in German is beneficial.

about this job:
- The tech team operates remotely, but we value proximity for fostering strong working relationships. We have offices in Austria (Vienna & Innsbruck) and the CPO is based in Berlin. Joining from any of these three locations would be preferable.
For legal reasons, we would like to point out that the gross monthly salary for this position is EUR 3,724 on a full-time basis according to the IT collective agreement, with a willingness to overpay according to qualifications and professional experience.
