**Was Sie erwarten können**:
In dieser Position arbeiten Sie in einem erfolgreichen, inspirierenden und internationalen Arbeitsumfeld mit der Möglichkeit zur persönlichen Weiterentwicklung. In Ihrer Rolle als Buying Groups Specialist (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie und berichten an den Managing Director Austria. Sie tragen zu strategischen Verkaufsentscheidungen bei und spielen eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Festigung und dem Ausbau von Geschäftsbeziehungen.

- Verantwortung für das Management von Buying Groups, Ermittlung des Geschäftsbedarfs, Erstellung von Angeboten und Verhandlung von Kaufverträgen
- Koordination der Verhandlungsergebnisse mit den Bereichen Sales, Finance und Operations verantwortlich.
- Sie sind der Ansprechpartner für Ausschreibungen - Sie erstellen einen Ausschreibungsplan und verfolgen diesen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Key Account Sales
- Verwaltung der jeweiligen Ausschreibungsplattformen, aktive Einbindung von Ausschreibungsanbietern und Aktualisierung der Unternehmensprofile
- Durchführung der kaufmännischen Prüfung der jeweiligen Ausschreibungsunterlagen
- Umsetzung strategischer Projekte in Zusammenarbeit mit den DACH + EMEA Managern mit Fokus auf CRM Tools, Kundensegmentierung und lokalen Preisinitiativen
- Verantwortlich für die tägliche Pflege von Vertriebsberichten/ Dashboards
- Unterstützung bei Ad-hoc-Analysen im Zusammenhang mit der Optimierung des Außendienstes

**Was sie auszeichnet**:

- Akademischer Abschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Mathematik oder Recht
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Medizinprodukteindustrie, vorzugsweise bei Buying Groups oder im Tender Management
- Gute Kenntnisse der Krankenhausfinanzierung und -abrechnung (LKF-System)
- Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Englischkenntnisse

- Hohes Interesse und Leidenschaft für Datenanalyse und Leistungsverfolgung/Beratung
- Erforderliche analytische Fähigkeiten, um Daten zu sammeln und komplexe Analysen durchzuführen
- Hohes Maß an Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein, verbunden mit einem seriösen Auftreten und der Bereitschaft, sich ständig zu verbessern
- Ausgeprägte Arbeitsmoral, die über das hinausgeht, was verlangt wird, und die Anwendung eigenen kritischen Denkens
