Reporting directly to the Head of Group Participation Management and Group Taxes we are searching for a Head of Group Consolidation (all genders).

**Your Tasks**:

- Manage the Group Consolidation and relevant reporting processes and systems for all group aspects
- Lead and drive modernization projects in Consolidation and Reporting by usage of technological opportunities
- Act as main counterpart to Group Data Management and Erste Digital
- Communicate technical enhancements, requirements and developments to the AT sector and CEE subsidiaries
- Lead, foster, motivate and develop the team and its members, taking into account the changing conditions (e.g. future competencies, digitalization, hybrid working)
- Nurture and contribute collaboration within Group Accounting and with all relevant stakeholders in order to consistently improve our services

**Your Background**:

- Experience in an international leadership role in the field of Accounting, Data, Reporting, preferably in the area of Consolidation
- Successful track record in leading and managing a team in a performance-driven environment
- Outstanding financial, business and technical acumen with a strong focus on Accounting and Data on a group-level
- Strong experience in collaborating with various internal & external stakeholders
- A service-oriented and transformational mindset with the willingness to drive Erste Group’s Consolidation area to functional excellence
- Profound Tagetik skills are of advantage
- Fluency in English, any other Group-language is a plus
