**Junior Learning Associate (f/m/x)**:We, the **Group People and Organizational Innovation **Team at RBI, strive to support our people to unfold their full potential for the best of our business success. The **Learning Strategy Expert Centre **is the competence center responsible for the group-wide implementation and maintenance of standards related to learning & development, leadershipand performance management. To support us in our various initiatives, we are looking for someone who is excited about contributing ideas and is ready to make them happen.

**To be successful in this role, you...**:

- have a high level of planning and organisational skills and enjoy carrying out project activities effectively and efficiently in collaboration with other project stakeholders
- support the design and implementation of human-centric learning journeys and the change towards a learning organization
- are be able to proactively identify bottlenecks, analyse and summarise information and propose solutions
- have a natural ability for project management to support the team in the internal learning management system
- will bring your strong skills in communicating and disseminating project activities with various stakeholders and project team members
- are equally able to work independently and also as part of a team
