Codecool is a growing network of international coding schools in the EU. Our mission is to reinvent IT education and solve companies' ever-growing IT talent gap by giving coding careers for a wide range of people. Codecool is already present in 4 countries (Hungary, Poland, Romania & Austria). So far, we changed the lives of 2000+ students through coding by providing them with professional courses and career opportunities.

At Codecool we have a diverse corporate clientele - in which we have partners from smaller IT start-ups even to huge multinational companies - and our aim is to help them hire junior IT professionals from our Codecoolers.

As a **Business Development Associate, **your responsibilities will include developing relationships with these already existing partners and also creating new contacts for a prospering cooperation in the future. Besides, you will be actively involved in the Recruitment process, when we place our fresh-graduates at our partner companies.

As you will join our Austrian Sales team, your base will be in **Vienna **, but your tasks will exceed the city's and the country's borders.

**Tasks**:
This role strongly focuses on **new client acquisition **, so your main aim will be establishing long-term business partnerships with companies who would like to hire junior developers/testers

Keeping a close eye on the market, what technologies and skills are essential

Understanding both the clients’ and the students’ needs and finding the best solution for them

️Administrating and forecasting business opportunities

Working closely with the Sales, Recruitment and Mentor team - **teamwork
**You could be a great fit for this role, if**:
You have a successful track record in the field of **Sales & Recruitment **(Headhunting agency/Recruitment agency background is a plus)

You enjoy being in **_“Hunter Sales” _**mode: you must be good at lead generation and also feel comfortable when working either with CEOs / Hiring Managers from small start-ups to big multinational companies

️ **Fluent German & min. upper-intermediate English language knowledge is a must**

You are a persistent, ambitious person and meeting deadlines, targets are not a problem for you

- Information provided by the company in accordance with the Equal Treatment Act: The basic salary range for the position as a Business Development Associate is between EUR 3.000;
- and EUR 3.500;
- gross per month on the basis of full-time employment, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition, we offer an attractive performance-based bonus system._
