- The GTM Alliance Manager Microsoft_ is the key stakeholder in the relationship with Microsoft in Europe, this as wel_l_ around the _C_ollaboration_ / Modern Workplace_ stack as the Azure stack_. He/_she identifies_ and develops key alliances and relationship programs designed to produce _strategic business growth with Microsoft_._
**The primary responsibility of **MSFT** Alliance Specialist is to work in collaboration with various stakeholders **within NTT and Microsoft **to contribute to the achievement of revenue targets by implementing alliance/vendor partnership plans that are robust and competitive. **Develops and manages the strategic partner alliance/partnership and opportunity pipelines and ensures the retention, growth, and customer satisfaction of Microsoft accounts.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Develop alliance strategy, plan, and metrics cross Europe. Ensure we execute against our growth commitments (SALES - BUSINESS PLANNING)
- Build up and maintain an MSFT community across the Countries to share experiences, keep the Countries up to date and promote the business. (SALES - GTM)
- Regularly review and adjust strategy and plan based on shifts in technology and market trends. (SALES - GTM)
- Identify in MSFT appropriate contacts and target businesses/organizations, cultivate interest, nurture relationships. (VENDOR RELATIONSHIP)
- Develop the ability to provide leadership, develop trust, negotiate objectives, and work directly with a broad group of senior executives across industry verticals. (BUSINESS PLANNING / EXECUTION)
- Launch business development partnerships activities together with the GTM leads, actively supporting the organization to develop marketing plans, train sales & GTM teams, and develop initiatives to strengthen alliance results. Support marketing initiatives and MDF plan (BUSINESS PLANNING / EXECUTION)
- Ensure commitment from MSFT for pipeline generation and revenue goals. Support Countries to gain Co-Sell support on all NTT Ltd Opportunities with MSFT (SALES)
- Hold quarterly business roadmap sessions / QBR with MSFT, aligning on strategies for mutual growth. Support Executive alignment meetings (SALES - VENDOR RELATIONSHIP)
- Administer pipeline management and accurate sales forecasting. Pipeline visibility. (SALES)
- Align the partners’ go-to-market strategy, promoting the partner’s capabilities to the broader organization. (BUSINESS PLANNING)
**Job Requirements**
- Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:_
- Good understanding of Microsoft software portfolio
- Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Good analytical skills and display good business acumen
- Good relationship building skills with the ability to engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Good team players and maintain the integrity and display good attention to detail
- Solid analytic and negotiation skills
- Great presentation, verbal, and writing skills; ability to communicate complex ideas effectively across a wide range of audience levels and functions
- English speaking and writing is a must, extra language knowledge is a plus
- Good organizational skills
- Able to focus and execute in a changing environment
- Ability to make things happen
