HAUPTAUFGABEN
- Verantwortlich für den gesamten Empfangsbereich
- Abwicklung von Reservierungsanfragen sowie die Koordination der Rezeption mit allen anderen Abteilungen des Hotels
- Die Einarbeitung, Schulung und Führung der Rezeptionsmitarbeiter
- Dienst
- und Urlaubsplanung
- verantwortlich für die Hotelkassa, die Kontrolle aller Rechnungen sowie die Umsetzung der Unternehmens
- und Betriebsziele.
- Check In und Check Out der Hotelgäste
- Betreuung der Gäste während des Aufenthalts
- Concierge-Tätigkeiten (Taxiruf, Weckruf, etc.)
- Annahme und ggf. Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
- Debitorenbearbeitung und Kontrolle
- Rechnungsstellung und -kontrolle, Kassenführung
- Erstellung verschiedener Umsatzstatistiken & Reports
- Allgemeine Korrespondenz
- Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards und der Firmenphilosophie

VORAUSSETZUNGEN
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder im Tourismus
- Erfahrungen an der Rezeption bzw. in einer ähnlichen Führungsposition
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit der Hotelsoftware Protel & gängigen Office-Programme
- Gast
- und serviceorientiert mit dem Auge für das Detail
- Selbständige und saubere Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
- Eine effiziente Arbeitsweise, große Teamfähigkeit, hohes Verantwortungs
- und Qualitätsbewusstsein sind die Grundlagen Ihrer Arbeit
