**Senior Manager Strategic Marketing & Business Development (f/m/d)**:
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Manage and establish strategic plans, develop the business and define the objectives for the Division and the respective Key/Strategic Accounts
- Pro-actively screen the market for potential opportunities for Division Medical
- Set price level and price guidelines as well as target EBIT by Application/Technology Solution
- Drive the Go to market strategy and develop the customer and plant portfolio. Support Medical Sales and S&OP, that budgets and schedules are met
- Lead, manage and coordinate the SMBD and Application Engineering team
- Alignment and Exchange with BU ES SMBD and BU ES Application Engineering department

**Your Profile**:

- Recognised Master Degree, preferably in physics or electronics or comparable work experience
- Additional academic degree in Business Administration or Management, preferably MBA
- Proven record in Senior Management positions in Sales, Marketing, Market Intelligence, Business Development and/or Strategy
- At least 5 years of experience in an executive or strategy management position, preferably in the electronics industry
- Good knowledge / understanding of the Electronic industry and supplier base
- Excellent English skills, oral and in written, fluent German is a plus.
- Ability to represent the company internally and externally on executive level
