**Strategy Manager (f/m/d)**:
We are looking for an experienced, solution-orientated and analytical Strategy Manager from the Microelectronics/Semiconductor industry to drive and facilitate all phases of our integrated strategy process with a focus on development and alignment. You will work closely with our Head of Strategy to arrange and lead workshops for business unit and functional strategies in order to guarantee that derived strategic directions are aligned, valid and robust.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Support the board in designing, developing and maintaining integrated strategy process and toolkits
- Elaborate well-founded strategy proposals and scenarios, and select the most valid strategic options
- Perform and consolidate strategic analysis (competitive advantage, market technology trends, scenario planning etc.)
- Elaborate strategy presentations, papers and documentation and support internal and external strategy communication
- Lead specific strategic programs and projects as delegated by the board
**Your Profile**:
- Master's degree with a technical and economical focus, preferably from university of technology and ideally with a focus on electronics
- 5+ years of experience in a strategy development with experience in high-tech electronics industry
- Experience in Microelectronics/Semiconductor industry (participating and leading dedicated industry projects)
- Well-grounded knowledge of strategy development (strategy process, methodologies, toolkits etc.)
- Proven track record in facilitating strategy development, alignment and strategic planning processes and workshops
- Experienced in scenario planning, modelling and simulation
- Strong program-/project management skills, analytical and conceptional competences, and a proactive solution-orientated way of working
- Fluent in English

Our salary packages are competitive and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labour agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 70.000;
